an opportunity to learn how to use jin (power) without strength. Suitable for all level practitioners. Cannon First is an old frame traditional
Chen form (Laojia Erlu). Suitable for
advanced practitioners only.

Fundamental Principles
Essential exercises common to all styles of Tai Chi Chuan. Develop your skills and flexibility. A great introductory course, and teachers
can improve or add to their curriculum.
